RADIOLOGY REPORT. A clinical evaluation of the anatomical volume which records the observations centred on the clinical indication for the imaging study. Information for decision making may include, ridge measurements, nerve tracing, tooth localisation, examination of root canal anatomy, examination of bony pathosis,TMJ examination, and airway analysis. Observations and findings in the imaging study that are noteworthy for comment are also recorded.
